Yarns

ACM Yarns are regular fireside chats where we spend an hour with great people doing great things in the community management space. These are fun, intimate and a great way to break up your day with a cup of tea.

Masterclasses

ACM runs occasional Masterclasses with experts on specific community topics, such as social networking analysis, community operations, community strategy, governance and more. These are usually online and run between 1-3 hours.

Swarm Conference

Annually each August, Hybrid Event

Since 2011, the annual Swarm Conference has been ACM’s flagship gathering and the premiere event for community builders and professionals in APAC for over a decade. It is the longest consecutively running community management conference in the world.

ACM led Swarm from 2011 to 2022 and is proud to support it as a community member going forward.

Special Events

ACM hosts special events for members and the general public on timely or featured topics, such as our annual State of Community Management Report, or regulatory updates.
