Australian Community Managers (ACM) is the hub for online community management in Australia, and the professional member network for those planning, building and managing communities in our region.

 We offer training, resources, research, peer support and more for members who wish to elevate and deepen their skills in community management practice.

ACM Pro Individual Membership (Annual)

$699 incl GST

Individual membership includes:

  • Free attendance for all ACM events (exc. Swarm)

  • Free access to all standard ACM training (including masterclasses and on-demand courses - worth $1000s)

  • 25% off Swarm Conference tickets (a full week of keynotes, workshops and more)

$5,000 incl GST

Organisation membership includes:

  • Unrestricted Access to the Forum and Resource Hub for up to 10 team members

  • Free attendance for all ACM events (exc. Swarm) up to 10 team members

  • Free access to all standard ACM training (including masterclasses and on-demand courses - worth $1000s) up to 10 team members

  • Guest blogging/presentation opportunities

  • 25% off Swarm Conference tickets (a full week of keynotes, workshops and more) up to 10 team members

  • Organisational development sessions or strategic consultation as required (pending mentor and consultant availability)

  • Input to Code of Ethics and policy submissions

  • Up-to-date information on regulatory issues

  • Curated news and updates from the sector
